KEY FEATURES OF THE TAKACAT LX SERIES

1 . OPEN BOW DESIGN

Open bow design allows easy access when boarding or exiting inflatable.  Step on and off easily with super stability due to the high pressure air deck.

2. NON SKID AIRDECK FLOOR

The raised air deck and open transom keeps the inflatable out of the water and the floor dry beneath your feet.  Any water drains out the back of the transom.  The airdeck is Ultra UV stabilised meaning it will withstand the sun and not get chalky over time.

3. OPEN TRANSOM

Open Transom design allows for easy draining of any water inside allowing your inflatable to stay dry.

4. SAFETY GRAB HANDLES

Handles along the tubes provide safety allowing you to be able to sit anywhere.

5. VALVES

Halkey-Roberts fill valves for fast, reliable inflation and deflation. 

 All Takacat boats have over pressure valves as standard in the tubes and airdecks(from 2025) so the tubes do not over inflate due to excessive heat in the tubes.

6. OARS

Oars are provided which also allow for non motorised use.  The catamaran design makes for easy and effortless rowing.

7. THERMO-WELDED TUBE SEAMS

All Takacat boats within in PVC and TPU have thermo-welded single seam construction

8. MARINE GRADE STAINLESS D-RINGS

Their shallow draft makes them ideal for shallow-water missions led by fire departments, police, and emergency response teams or regatta/life saving boats. The open bow allows for effortless recovery and boardings - ideal for lifeguards and rescue divers - while the open transom ensures immediate water drainage, keeping the boat completely self - bailing.
